I was introduced to the discipline of coaching when the company I worked with, chose to develop a coaching culture within the organization as part of their strategy.
I volunteered to become a coach and enrolled and became certified as an iPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching) professional.
I have spent nearly 30 (thirty) years within the same organization and have had the opportunity to observe and study leadership. One thing I have learned is that no one teaches leadership whether among young high potential or existing leaders. In leadership, you either have an innate ability to lead, or you get overlooked for promotions, flounder and sink. Some people are highly qualified and take their qualifications and knowledge with them as they seek opportunities elsewhere if they don’t see opportunities within the company where they work.
In sports, every athlete who achieves greatness attributes much of his or her success to their coach; acknowledging them when they are interviewed after winning an event.
The game of life is the greatest game we will ever play and yet this is probably the only game we don’t have a coach. My role is to coach individuals in various fields, positions and levels to play the game of life to the fullest; to help them become leaders of their own destiny and great leaders within their organizations. I want to provide insight for you learn how to lead yourself and your teams to becoming the best players in the game of life.

When the idea of working with Judith was first mooted to me I was reluctant purely because I thought it was another "how to improve your life" approach. I attended because my Head of People suggested it and I felt obliged to. However, I was very pleasantly surprised that I fully enjoyed the experience and looked forward to the weekly sessions. A large part of that was down to Judith's affable manner and down to approach practical style, using real life examples from her own circumstances. As the sessions went on it was easy to talk with her about what I really felt and we formed a good bond. I recommend her and her business and can definitely say I will miss the sessions.

Judith’s aim is to see the best you shine. At a time when I needed it most, Judith’s sincere and empathic coaching made all the difference. From the debriefing session it was very clear that she was a master at interpreting my energy leadership assessment and coming up with a coaching plan to partner with me to create short and long term developmental strategies for my growth and continued success.
